Being the only designer at Xyra Labs, from logo to code
I led the rebrand, built the design system, designed the products and shipped Xyra Learn myself.

Owning every surface, because there was nobody else to hand it to
My second job ever, and the only designer. Brand, product, system, front end and the booth, one person.
- BrandThe markLogo, identity, motion, videos.
- SystemThe tokensBuilt once, reused everywhere.

- LearnThe front endDesigned and shipped myself.

- MarketingThe postersA launch post for every feature.

- EventsThe boothIndia and Korea Blockchain Week.

Testing with real users, because no design peer could review me
Design peers judge taste. Real users judge whether it works. With no room of designers, I took the rebrand to the people who would live with it.
Drawing one mark that holds on dark product and white paper
A symbol and a wordmark in one blue to cyan gradient, with white and dark masters for every other ground.
Building the system on a few knobs, so it scales without me
Every surface is computed from one hue. Borders follow one contrast number, corners one base radius. Change a knob and the whole product follows.
57.7%
of sessions came from phones, on a dense money product
Across 18,694 sessions in a year, measured in Microsoft Clarity. So every screen had to be calm on a phone first.
Automating the poster I kept remaking, so marketing could ship alone
The same collab poster, every week. I built CollabPoster: the team drops in a partner’s picture and name, and downloads the finished poster.

Designing and building Xyra Learn, to ease new traders in
New users met a dense product cold. Xyra Learn walks them in first. I built its whole front end myself with AI tools.

1.9×
more pages read per visit on Xyra Learn
2.72 pages against 1.42 across the suite, with half the rage clicks. People leave guides sooner, as you would expect.
Breaking lessons into small steps that always say what comes next
Short lessons, an outline always in view, and a next step at the end of every page.

Shipping my designs as commits, not handoff files
With access to the company repo, I opened pull requests myself: the deposit and withdraw flows, in five languages, wired end to end.
Making launch videos in code, so every announcement reuses the brand
A product announcement built in Remotion: fifteen scenes, spring motion and counting stats, in the brand’s own colours.
Designing one poster system for a five city tour
Kanalabs Konnect travelled to five cities. One layout and one pixel grid, a new skyline each time.
- City 1Bangalore

- City 2Delhi

- City 3Hyderabad

- City 4Pune

Taking the brand off the screen, onto booths and standees
Booth walls at India and Korea Blockchain Week, and the decks behind the company story.

A solo designer has a wider job, not a smaller one
Brand, product, system, front end and the booth, each one checked against real users.
